Model Representation and Talent Management- Tuesdays 5pm-6:30pm
MTC provides comprehensive representation for models in various sectors, including fashion, commercial, print, runway and lifestyle modeling. We carefully select clients and partners who align with our faith-based values, ensuring a respectful and empowering work environment Talent management goes beyond typical agency work, offering ongoing support to models as they navigate their careers. This includes advice on career decisions, guidance in aligning personal and professional goals with their faith, and ongoing encouragement.
Faith Centered Workshops and Events- Sundays 7pm-9pm
MTC regularly hosts workshops and events focused on professional and spiritual growth. Topics range from practical skills like portfolio building and networking to spiritual topics such as finding purpose and staying true to one's faith in competitive industry.
Events also include guest speakers, prayer gatherings, and faith-building activities, fostering a supportive community among our models and clients.
Portfolio and Brand Development Services- Saturdays 11am-12pm
Photoshoot session 1pm-3pm
MTC assists models in creating a professional portfolio that highlights their unique strengths while aligning with faith-based standards. Our team works with photographers, stylists, and makeup artists who respesct our values.
Brand development services also help models create an authentic personal brand, reflecting their identity and faith in a way that appeals to the right clients.
Model Mentorship Program- Wednesdays 7pm-8:30pm
Our mentorship program is a signature offering, combining professional development with faith-based guidance. Experienced mentors in the industry, who share our values, lead this program.
Models receive hands on training in essential modeling skills like posing, runway walking, and interview techniques, all while learning how to integrate faith into their career and personal life.
Workshops and one-on-one sessions cover topics such as building confidence, handling rejection with grace, and fostering a positive body image grounded in faith.
